Tsumanai~ well on the least i'm about to finish downloading a series... midori no hibi... sad that i wasn't able to download any update for my antivirus... i was able to download of a lot of other things... manga and anime!^^ one of those anime is gakuen alice... featuring the voice of paku romi as the voice of hyuuga natsume.^^ her voice is so nice to listen to... i get excited from hearing her voice, discovering it's her doing the character...etc. i guess i really just am weird. it's possible that i have a certain crush on her voice!!!! waaaaaaaaah!!! and to think she's a she! OMG!

anyhows, i watched ah! my goddess last night and character named kawanishi sentarou had an familiar voice and i just can't stop smiling to myself... then i checked by files about seiyuus and proved that his seiyuu was indeed paku romi.. and boy was i making a lot of noise last night trying to hold my excitement!!! good thing my roommates were away...^^ kyaaaaa!!

anyhows... i guess, this could be probably explained through classical conditioning... association... T.T paku romi is also the seiyuu of my major crushes... hitsugaya toushirou, edward elric, ren tao and natsume!^_^ ah! give up... i can't stop myself anyway if i swoon over her voice... besides.. tapos na download ko! ehehehe! bye bye! jaane!

Waaaah! Crap! Ang dami dami kong binili na stuff today... waaaah... technically speaking it is a waste of money... but if you look at it in a different perspective i'm helping the anime and manga industry!! Oh, the things i say to comfort myself....

Well, it was the pirated DVDs fault! (waaah, and this is what you call the defense mechanism called displacement) Puro kasi in english ang anime na for sale kanina... ayon tuloy na depress ako... though in the end i did buy the english copy of Neon Genesis Evangelion (reina's allowance - minus 80 php)!

So i went to an anime shop in downtown iloilo and bought anime pictures to comfort thyself... hehehe.... so many pics of my beloved byakuya-sama and hitsugaya-sama... *droools* (reina's allowance - minus 30 php)!

Went to National Bookstore to buy a frog skeleton for my biology project and failed at it for there were none for sale (damnit! i dont want to kill another frog!!! crap! crap! crap it all!)! So i went to the manga section and saw Chobits manga volume 8 of 8! Waaaah! A different kind of ending, so i bought it! (reina's allowance - minus 75 php)!

We got out of the store and went to a magazine stand... Saw another issue to add to my otakuzine collection... and bought it! (reina's allowance - minus 85 php)!

Went to Robinson's National Bookstore to try and inquire about the skeleton but i found Kazuya Minekura's Saiyuki, Volume 1!!! Kyaaaaa!! Kyaaaaa!!! and so... atashi-sama bought it!! (reina's allowance - minus 75 php)!!

Oh goodbye, masarap na dinner for tonight! T.T Goodness! When the hell would be able to control myself from being like this! Waaaah! No wonder I'm underweight! (though i really do eat a lot!)

Waaah... at least i'm happy! May inspirations na naman ako! Exam week and frog killing here I come!!!

Chem Batch Shirt Design... Sort of...

Well, this is the t-shirt design I made for our batch... the picture's not really that clear here... oh well, it's not something of great importance! Hahaha... just wanted to post it here for the sake of posting something once in a while (actually i'm waiting for a download to finish and i'm quite bored doing nothing, hehehe)!
So, there are fifteen BS Chemistry students in this drawing actually, there are 16 kinda wasn't able to include him... he said he was planning to shift to another course... that's why... uhhh... well, gomen oji-san!! so sooooorrry!
Well... let me explain the design...
The characters...
Julienne Fabie - the Chorister member, an organization of singers in UPv, is the one with the microphone
Carmela Tupaz - the Hublag member, is the one dancing
Cielo Encarnacion - the Sonata member, it the one with the guitar
Ann Selma Morata - ang mahal na princessa ng bs chemistry
Feby Carmen - ang "Donya Etang" ng bs chem
Pilar Retiracion - ang shiftee mula sa Com Sci
Norberto Cabatea - gusto niya kasi na i-drawing siya na watching "nature"
Fritz Gleyo - well, always kasi siya natutulog sa class and always siyang MIA (sowe fritz)
Rady Remigio - the laptop and alcohol boy (though di ko nalagay ang alcohol)
Yev Dulla - ang Physics genius ng aming batch (uhhh.. actually sabi niya gusto niya nag-iisip siya sa drawing... well... i made up the physics thinking part! sorry! but it's true, siya kasi highest sa physics eh!)
Beulah Solivio - ang goddess daw ng chemistry (actually of love and beauty daw) at ang aking megami-sama
Sherwin Escayo, Abraham Gastar, and Janie Villaroman in the Sikh scene!!
and also... ang parang transmutation circle, i placed that there para macompliment ang design ko sa street painting ng chemistry society... hehehe!^_^

An Afternoon in the Mountains...

Hmmm... I really am not good with narrations, expositions, and stuff like that... I just wanted to share this "wonderful" and unique experience... well, if you want a better "monogatari" I think Chel2xchan's gonna write about this too...

It started on a lazy afternoon (well, it was actually this afternoon)... okay, to cut the story short... we kinda got lost... me and rachel! Haha... well, i'm supposed to be blamed cause it was my idea it the first place... we went to UPV's Hill 17 and 16... it was a mistake for us to go there at 5 pm or was it 6 pm... cause it kinda got dark and somewhat lost our way... ehehehe..

You could just imagine how relieved I was when we reached the main road! Hahaha! It was kinda a miracle that I didn't loose my calm and panicked! Being in nature is soooo creeeepy at times... kinda remembered the times when we got lost during my ROTC activity in 1st year... but this experience was a lot worst! It was at night time! Goodness!

Well, I did learned something, do not wander off at night especially in the mountains and your not too sure where to go even if the view is nice!^_^ And try to remember "kung saan ka dumaan para kahit papaano ay may ideya ka naman!^_^

PS.. it was a good thing we didn't meet any wild creature in the woods! ahaha... like a snake! Waaaah!!!

One of the Happiest Day of My Life

Yey!!!! I checked my grades through CRS today... and saw that my grade in Math 54 (Calculus II) is... *drum rolls* .... 2.25!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bwahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!

So happy.... *tears of joy* i don't have to take any removal examinations..... so happy.... waaaaaahhhhh T.T

This is the last mathematics subject in my study plan... however even if the math subjects are no more, may physics, biology, and chemistry series pa ako!!!

Anyhows.... I'm still happy!!!! I dont have to return to Iloilo that early!!!

Time for celebration!!! Ragna all the way!!!! (if only our internet connection would fix itself, been having some troubles lately...)

On my 18th Birthday....

Such a very interesting day... Every October 7 of the past 18 years of my life i'm always into some unfortunate events... i guess it's already a pattern.... of fevers, to accidents, to infections, to insect bites and to major exams scheduled on that day...

However, today is quite differemt... i was not into some fevers or the like (though i really have a busy schedule!)... rather today's event is something unusual. i don't know if i should be happy about it or not. but somehow the latter should be more proper.

I slept late yesterday (rather early this morning) because of my addiction to pokemon (unfortunately, i pressed the wrong button that had my game reset, it was so frustrating that's why i decided to sleep). And i woke up because of my mother's phone call... she called to greet me a happy birthday.

However, i was wondering why she was suddenly speaking to me in English, asking who i was and where is reina jean!!! What the heck!!!

She thought she was talking to a boy and that i was with a boy on my birthday!!! /omg!!! I was not even out of my bed when she called!!! Now, i think she's making up weird things in her head. Just like the things she made up when my sister got a boyfriend... Grrrr... I hate this.

Is my voice really that deep? People who know me, do you think it's that deep?

Now that i think about it... there was a time when i was talking with my room mate when we heard a knock from a dorm staff, Manag Ope... She thought we had let a boy in our room because she heard a girl and a boy talking!!! she even went as far as thinking we hid a "boy" in our room!!!!

This is so frustrating!!! I really am cursed during my birthday!!!

PS: But if i look at it in a brighter way... i could probably work as a seiyuu!!! Just like Paku Romi-sama!!! Kyaaaaa!!

The Chemistry Society Street Painting '07

This is a photo of the chemistry society street painting (special thanks to kuya wills for the photo).^^

During the last week of July, we celebrated UPV's Foundation week.^^ and one of its featured events was the street painting. And the second year students were assigned to do the street painting for the chemistry society!^^

And so, yours truly, planned for the design....

Okay! People! Guess where this design came from? Does it look familiar? I kinda made a little changes to it though... And this design is also the back print of our chemistry society shirt!! Hehehe... Cool isn't it?^^ Chemistry and Alchemy are related anyways.^^

My only regret is that, because of this street painting event, i was absent in Social Science 2... honestly, i didn't know my prof would hold a class in the middle of these events!!! T.T

Waaaaah!! Maho-chan is sick again!!

Last July 24, 2007... i was making my physics 74 problem set, listening to anime music when... maho-chan suddenly turned off!! i kept turning it on... but maho didnt turn on properly... waaah... so sad.T.T maho is sick again!! oh the horror!!! i am giving my parents problems again!! i hate myself!! waaaah!!!

I have to change maho-chans operating system and an operating system costs a lot!! waaaah! my files... i will miss you!!

Gakuen Alice

Gakuen Alice or Alice Academy. I have to be quick about this. I really am not good at describing things I should leave this part to the experts. So if you want some information/description of this anime/manga you better search for it in the net.^^ Haha. See how bad my character is *evil grin*!

Well basically it's about Sakura Mikan (Mikan = first name Sakura = family name)... and her friendship with Imai Hotaru (though I kinda think their relationship is quite confusing, yet cute and funny). With their country side school about to be demolished, Hotaru transfers to Gakuen Alice/Alice Academy. This leaves Mikan in a very depressing state. Mikan then hears about bad romurs about the Academy and tries to confront there principal about it. She then learns about the truth about Hotaru's tranfer. Mikan decides to meet Hotaru in this so called Academy and runs away from home... However she ends up entering the Academy as a student and discovers what it is to have an Alice.^^

Haha... what an introduction.^^ Sorry. I really am not good at this stuff.^^ Anyhows, I really want to scream out... KYAAAAAAA NATSUME!! DAISUKI!!!!

Hmmm... now on to serious matters.^^
The main reason why I put this article up was that... I found it! Finally! I finally found the Gakuen Alice manga that is available for download in the net!^^ Yey! Shucks! What can I say... Geez Kuya Rex, this is somewhat very embarrasing, linking my blog just like that... haha... though the same goes for me, i put up a link to the Balay Lampirong website without asking permission. Hehehe. No bad feelings or something, it's just that this blog is somewhat super empty compared to the other Lampirates blog.^^ There is really nothing in this blog that I can really be proud off. My writing skills are below average and my grammar is super bad! T.T ...

Naruto Shippuuden Is Now Online

The long awaited Naruto Shippuuden is now here... (actually it was out last February 15, 2007)!
I was sort of downloading anime songs again in Gendou.com when I happen to come across their new feature, Episodes. when i looked at what series they have... Naruto Shippuuden was there. It's the subbed version actually. But still I was quite happy about it. I tried to downloading the episodes but I it was quite a challenge at that time so i just gave it up... Haha. Well i was planning to download it, burn it, and share it with my fellow anime fans both in Dumaguete and Miag-ao. So far the subbed episodes are up to episode 7. And I should say that... Gaara looks super duper cool with his new out fit!!!! KYAAAAAA!!!! *fan girl attack*

Well, I'm not gonna give up downloading it (i'm downloading it right now) even if it takes so long. I kinda feel sorry for Maho... downloading a lot of stuff at the same time!!! Wow, I'm glad i passed Math 53, saving me from summer class!^_^ so proud of my 2.25 grade!!!^_^

Hmmmm.... though only a few knew of this anime and its not that famous when I last checked, i can really say that this anime is one of the best anime i've seen (though its manga version is far different). somehow i was touched by this anime (hey, i did cry because o this anime). i mean, i really liked it and got a little bit addicted to it that i uploaded episodes 10 - 26 in Youtube... i sort of started campaigning for this anime... so that somehow it could be an anime that made its mark on an anime fan's heart.

well somehow my efforts did earn this anime some new fans.^_^ it really made me happy. but somehow fate was a little bit unfair... Youtube in one another was being unfair, almost all of my videos were banned.. i don't know if that's the right thing to say but my videos are no longer live...
i don't know.... maybe it was because it almost a year in age? i really don't know...

luckily a friend of mine in Youtube told me about veoh.com and uploading in these website was lot easier (if only my laptop does not shut itself down so suddenly while i'm uploading.... my uploading days would be really easier). i don't have to cut the videos into parts and there is no duration or file size limit. and most of all you can download the videos uploaded in veoh.

hehe... sorry for the advertisement. well, watch for my PT vids coming up! and if ever i get to download the Chrno Crusade series... i'll be uploading that too!^_^

An escape from the Holy Week...

Yey!!! I don't know why but I'm happy about this year's Holy Week... Ummm... I really could consider myself an enemy of the church!!! Haha... True, i really am a Christian and I do believe in God... it is just that I really don't like how the church does stuff... and most of all i hate some priests!!! i just don't know why, i just can't stand some of them. Well as the title of this post states... somehow I escaped from the Holy Week this year... I mean, I didn't feel the Holy Week at all! It is most noticeable one is that this year my mom didn't wake me up so early in the morning to join the "Via Crucis" its some sort of doing the 14 stations of the cross... And we weren't able to join processions and everything... and we were not able to attend the mass with all the kneeling and standing up and the kneeling again and the standing up again and so on (just imagine it).

But even if I really hated celebrating the Holy Week, I did know its importance to the Roman Catholic Church so somehow I was a little happy that our family was able to attend the Easter Sunday Mass...

I guess I really am not against the Church and all of its "rituals" (as i call them) after all... it's just that I don't like all of them (am i making sense at all) and i don't like being forced to do/attend them. It is a fact that I don't really know a lot of things about my religion. So I know that I don't have the right to preach.

Ah! Damn! Hehehe... it seems that I can't make up my mind on what to right in here and how to explain my stand on this... oh well, i am in need an idiot. Well, if there is something I like about my religion... It the fact that when I pray, I feel calm and somehow I feel that I have an invisible pal that i can talk to. And the other thing that I like, is that going to church gives people the chance to be together...^_^

....Hmmmm. Yup. Indeed I am an idiot! Haha!

A Bad Day for Maho-chan

Waaaah! I hate this... maho-chan... my beloved maho-chan... T.T
*note: maho-chan is the name of my lap top.

two days ago... i was just surfing the net and doing what i do best. downloading, uploading, listening to music, etc at the same time... then maho-chan suddenly shut down!noooo!
i thought it was okay, maho did shut down so suddenly a lot of times before but... when i turn her again... the blue error screen appeared!! Noooo! Oh the horror!
i have to endure a day without maho... T.T
i can live without a boyfriend in my life (never dreamed of having one) but my life would be miserable without maho...
and then, i went to octagon today to see what's the problem...
and sadly my drive c is not working anymore...
so personel there had to reinstall windows!!
waaah... and therefore... reina loses her files! maho-chan's contents are gone!!!
my lab reports, anime pics, winamp anime skins, favorite programs, anime videos, encarta, my academic related files, room mate's mp3s, family pics, hall1 pics,etc... they are all gone!! T.T
today is really a bad day for me and maho-chan...
to all those people who saved their files in my laptop, to jan-sempai and nico sempai... i'm really really sorry!! please forgive me...T.T
